AVE Technologies has their own CNC and sheet metel fabrication machines allowing most
parts to be manufactures in house.
We recognise that our clients from time to time require new change parts.AVE UK has a design engineer available to visit site to ensure smooth commissioning when the parts
are delivered.
A machine manual in the form of a CD is suplied with every new machine supplied by
AVE UK. A paper hard copy is available on request at an additiona charge.AVE UK has
copies of every machine manual of every machine supplied from 1989 and if a client
purchases a machine 'second hand' and requires a copy, they are available either
on-line or a CD/hard copy for £75.
The manual includes an assembly drawing with 'ballooned numbers',a parts list and parts codes to ensure accurate component ordering.
