AVE UK has its own UK based dedicated after sales support engineer, as well as being supported from AVE Technologies or from the original equipment manufactures, for all:

- Maintenence visits
- Fault finding visits
- Training for new staff
- Programming issues
- Electrical issues
- Breakdown visits
- Installation of new machinery
- Commisioning of new machinery

Prior to any new machinery being delivered, we strongly recommend the clients line engineer visits AVE, Italy for the ' Factory Acceptance Test ' (FAT) for training. This ensures a smooth installation and commissioning period.
Most new machines have modems fitted to allow for remote diagnostics/fault finding and any reprogramming required.
