AVE Technologies has their own CNC and sheet metel fabrication machines allowing most parts to be manufactures in house.

A machine manual in the form of a CD is suplied with every new machine supplied by AVE UK. A paper hard copy is available on request at an additiona charge.AVE UK has copies of every machine manual of every machine supplied from 1989 and if a client purchases a machine 'second hand' and requires a copy, they are available either on-line or a CD/hard copy. The manual includes an assembly drawing with 'ballooned numbers',a parts list and parts codes to ensure accurate component ordering.
